RX-8 Auction prices
 

For those who might be interested, Pickles had 2 RX-8's up for auction in Sydney on Monday night.

A '03 Lightning Yellow leather pack, with under 40,000k on the odo, went for $33,000

A '04 Titanium Grey leather pack, similar ks but still under warranty, went for $37,500

A bit of demand back in the market after some low prices paid at auctions earlier this year (under $30k! :eek: )

I would surmise the buyers were enthusiasts, not dealers

Auction prices aren't normally a good indication of true retail....not like house auctions. That makes these results look even rosier.

True, but they tend to inform dealers.
