[QLD EVENT]RX8 Photoshoot 9th of July 2011
 

Hey guys,

I have organized a professional Photographer to come get some shots of our stunning cars. The plan is to meet up in the morning about 9am and go to a few different locations and the go for a quick run up a mountain and have a BBQ up top.

I would like to thank the Photographer for helping us out so if you guys could chip in 15-20$ each that would be great. In return I will supply the meat (steaks/snags) and soft drinks for our BBQ.

The final details of the plan is yet to be sorted; ie: locations of shots to be taken/the mountain & BBQ area.

Would like to get into double digits, we got 9 to come last time so come along, grab a few photo's & have some lunch ;)

Hey guys, heres the final plans & details. Let me know if any of you are interested. Cheers.

The current plan is to meet up at Milton Maccas at 9AM, if we could guys, try to be on time.. nothing worse then waiting for people but I understand things come up and theres suddenly theres been a crash or something on the motorway. If something like this happens, you will all have my number by now so please just give me a quick phonecall or SMS so we can sort out what to do from there.

I will be printing out maps and handing them out at Milton maccas.. Because its very difficult to follow 10+ cars through any of the inner suburbs, the map will show from Maccas -> Photoshoot location -> Mountain run and BBQ. Then we go home.

I have asked everyone for $15-20 to help out the photographer. I am sure she will get some great shots and will be well worth it, if the national calendar doesn't go through then we can always make our own QLD RX8 Calendar with these shots :lol:. In return, you will get a few different shots of your car singularly and a few group shots too.
ALSO I will be supplying the BBQ food & a 24pk of coke which I need details for. Is everyone okay with just snags and steaks on bread/buns?

I will have some snacks and crisps/drinks for during the photoshoot if anyone gets the nibbles :lol:.
