New Wheels & New Hood = Time for some photos
Those look sick topgear! I really like the rpf1's. The hood in CF actually looks pretty good, but like you said, painted will be eeven better. Can't wait till it's finished because it is coming along very nicely.

You know, a few locals have actually asked me that as well. In person it looks like dry carbon. It doesn't have the glossy finish that most other CF i've seen does. So i'm not actually sure.
nice i just purchased some sideskirts and very soon ima buy a bumper like urs but it's not authentic it's from vis. i was wondering when you bought ur bumper did it come w that black piece in front? and if no where did you get it or does it only come w authentic mazdaspeed bumpers?

^Mine is the authentic MS bumper. And as far as I've seen, most replicas don't come with the black bar. But it's only made of some hard plastic...so you could probably custom fab one yourself.. And I bought my bumper in july from a local Mazda dealer.
how is that plastice piece connected to the bumper glue, clips, screws,?

looks good, tires seem to look a little thick? i like the carbon fiber look for the hood but i agree that it will be cleaner loooking painted. why not paint it with some carbon fiber stripers on the edge? simiarl to the roof of the car?

^Tires are 275's all around, which is usually the premium choice for 9.5" wheels, and since these are pretty much my AutoX and Track tires, I didn't want the stretched look..

I never really inspected it that much while installing it.
