ive been shopping for some new wheels for my 8 and i was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions for some black rims with a chrome lip and preferably ones that could fit on the stock 18x8 so i dont have to buy new tires. any suggestions???

 

Zinik. a friend of mine has these wheels on his car, and they look very nice . he got all 4 rims w/new tires for $1,300 installed

 

You'll have to buy new tires eventually, might as well get a wheel size that you want now.

 

^^^ true, so what i would do is just save up my money while riding on the stockers and get what i want when i need new tires.

 

those rims are disgusting. wow. i mean even the pictures show them on a SUV or what not, and a magnum... but for the 8? eeek.. unless your a "rapper" these "to me" would look nasty on our 8's. thats just me.

Here's my black 8 with anthracite hiro's and chrome lip . They're not really black but close. Also, mine are 19's but they now have them in 18's.

I never really liked the look of the black with polished until yours. Then again they're anthracite.

Pick rims you like and get 'em painted black. It will run you about 100 - 130 per wheel, but you'll be the only one to own a set like that....I did that with my Axis Milanos and love the turnout...Now I just need a drop...total damage with tires was around 2500.
