2004 Titanium Gray RX8 GT - Low Compression $2300 OBO

I have FS a 2004 Titanium Gray RX8 GT 6 Speed. I am second owner. Bought the car in Jan 2006 at 18K miles.
Car does not start as it has low compression.

Front Rotor is ok: @250 RPM 7.8/8.5/8.0
Rear is Gone: @250 RPM 5.9/6.2
I am in Aliso Viejo, CA and for the buyer, I will pay towing up to 30 miles.
133.8K miles on the ODO. Original Engine.
Cosmetically, in okay condition and will explain as much as I can. Please message me on here if you have any questions so others can get the answers as well.
Car never modded. Only things not stock are
1) Drop in K&N air filter
2) Koyo Radiator
3) Pedal brackets installed.
Issues I can think of
1) Front bumper is a replica Autobahn. But it has cracks in it and the bottom is torn up. I have a painted replica mazdaspeed front bumper. I got it fitted but never put on as I just kept the Autobahn on.
2) Work XT7 wheels. Front 18x7.5 Rear 18x8.5 . Had these for 8 years. Paint is faded and some scuffed. Would look great with a repaint.
3) The tired are worn, not a whole lot of life left.
4) Mazdaspeed replica sides. Not a great fit overall.
5) Right corner blinker is missing. I do have 2 new corner blinker coming with the car
6) One of the HVAC control is broken (control speed of air). But I do have a fully working 6 disc CD changer coming with the car. All ***** and buttons working
7) Both tail light exhibit fish bowl syndrome
8) Glove box handle broken. Have working one coming with the car.
9) Passenger visor broken. (I should have a working one laying around, need to find)
10) The sunroof works fine, but one of the arms is loose. But does not affect the function of the sunroof.
11) The OEM shift **** is peeling in one area.
12) The passenger airbag cover has cracks.
Everything else is original and working. If I think of anything else, will add.
Other notes regarding car.
1) Engine Oil always changed around 3K-4K miles. Always Dino Castrol GTX 5-30
2) Transmission and Rear Diff changed every 30K miles. Used Redline for both. I was planning on changing it out in the summer as last change was at 100K
3) Water pump and Fuel pump changed around 90K miles with OEM
4) Always used premium gas and premix
5) Battery is 3 months old
6) Coils, wires and spark plugs are 3 months old. But one of the rear spark plug tip is broken

with those comp #s it should definatly start. what do you mean you broke a spark plug tip?

^^200.mph - The tech I went to, a trusted rotary guy in Orange County, CA NeptuneSpeed said that there is no hope lol.
The tip was broken while trying to get the spark plug out to go through the spark plug removal deflood procedure. The torque wrench slipped and broke the tip. It is not completely removed, but broken

For now, not selling separate as I would like to give it to the new owner if they plan a rebuild. If they don't want it and they just want the car for parts, I will sell it to you separate.
