hmm maybe press/demo cars?

or they could be delivering them to the dealers? thats pretty far fetched but since hawaii is so damn same, and the port might be so damn close to the dealer that it might make more sense to just to drive them instead of trucking them to dealers?

YUUUUUUUUUP.. Ports are not even 10 minutes from my place. I did a swing by yesterday and I saw a trailer of MP5s....... no 8's though.

Sad thing about our Port is that it's kinda blocked up.. no real chance to hang around like 3Rotor..

I wish I could catch them driving em to the dealer, CUZ I BE FOLLOWIN THEM!

And yes.. the ports are even closer to the dealers.. two Mazda dealers are 5-10 minutes away from the docks..

Hopefully in about a week or so they should reach the Big Island. The port on the Big Island is just a block away from Big Island Mazda!:D

Another Forums Hawaii member said all of the 8s are gone from the Pier.. as he works there... which means they should be at dealers now...

Guess what I'm doing today.. muhahahaha...

Unless they're hiding them somewhere, the 8 will be mine by sundown.. HAHAHAHAHA

Just got back from a local Mazda Dealer here.. they say they got 10 coming in sometime this week... and they have a list of over 20 guys who want them...

Can you spell Markup?

Funny thing is, it's my dealer and technically I'm not a pre-order so even though they tell me I'm first on the list, I could very well be #20.

Maaaan I am soo hoping to have it by the end of the week.

At least you're getting yours very shortly. I, on the other hand have to wait till September due to fact I'm still in the process of getting a loan.

True.. I hope that I can get it shortly.. If the dealer dont get too overzealous, it should be alright.. if not, I'm walking.. I mean delaers here mark up the Evo to 40K.. I shudder to think what think they can jack the 8 up to.. Rest assured, I will post my findings on the day of reckoning..

Anyhow.. It's up to the powers that be at this point...

Show your dealer the f*^&ing Mazda email that says that your vin number of your car has been assigned.

I would but my emails stop coming just before that one... which means I'm no preorder

I got my VIN from my dealer, but it turns out the car is just "reserved" in my name... and Mazda found that out by contacting the dealer.. yes yes it's a long story..

If it gets bad, I will be definitely contacting Mazda USA.. but I hope it doesnt come to that..... the day of reckoning is near..
