The relocated kit mounts in front the brake master cylinder, harness and MSD plug wires are much longer to accommodate the added distance. Will make a new thread with pictures and full description as well as a heat comparison to the oem location.
We are also going to have a kit to mount OEM coils in the relocated location to keep the coils much cooler. We are still testing to see exactly how much cooler and how much more reliable the relocated position is.
Thanks.

Reviving an old thread but today i placed my order for this ignition setup. I have noticed considerable misfires and hard starts at 110k miles with the stock coils and had even had a few hard starts previously. I guess im pretry lucky to have had the stock ones last. Hopefully this helps to clear up a few issues ive been having with the hard starts and misfires triggering the check engine light

Not sure why anyone thinks this ignition kit will perform any different than any other ...
You can't guess about misfires. You have to test and diagnose the components. Maybe you have bad coils, bad sparkwires, bad plugs, bad fuel pump, bad cat converter, bad ignition condensor, bad engine, and so on ...

For the record I'm not someone who jumps on any bandwagons and buys parts for the sake of buying them, but for the price of replacement coils and the track record of the failures on 04-05 models ill spend the extra few bucks to get the upgrade, and the wire set to go along with it. Next is the trans which is discussed in a different thread. Stock S1 trans and clutch....again 110,000+miles

3/14/2015 I received my ignition setup and proceeded to install it. Took roughly an hour doing it with the car on jackstands and my huge paw like hands (A lift and much smaller hands would make it quicker.) A side note, the big wire harness that runs next to stock coils needs to be cut away from the ties holding it and moved to sit over the new coils.
Before the install, and while waiting on the kit which was back ordered, I had started to notice a severe hesitation, extremely hard starts, erratic idle, and a significant loss of fuel mileage(230-250 miles per tank, usually I could squeeze 280-300).
After the install, I started my car and HOLY SMOKE, literally! I had my garage door open and still had to walk outside to escape the cloud that had filled the inside. It was almost if i dumped a half bottle of seafoam in the motor and talk about stink. As i let it run for a few minutes, letting the cpu "learn" all its fun stuff (I disconnected the battery) the idle acted a little strange at first then leveled off to a nice smooth song. On my first test drive with the kit, the car felt like new again, all but instant throttle response, a crazy increase in power (from using all 4 plugs instead of 2 and 1/2, the front rotor trailing was arcing itself against the bracket and the rear rotor leading was erratic) and a renewed sense of excitement for me. I will keep you updated on the rest of experience with this kit in about a month or so giving updates on the mpg situation and other aspects.

I ordered a kit and I recieved in Chile, I had installed and everything it's perfect. I hardly recommend this ignition kit, really easy to install and they work perfectly, a big difference between stock coils and benettbuilt new ones.

update
So its been 2 months and i can say that quite pleased with the results. Fuel mileage is back to where was(actually its a bit better) and i dont have any more misfires. Throttle response is still as crisp as it was when i first installed the kit and no issues have come up. I did have the stupid P2559 c.e.l. but a $23 valve from eBay and hour of my time fixed that.
