Bad/glowing Catalytic Converter Sticky?

Hello everyone.
I have seen what appears to be a growing number of posts concerning glowing, rattling, or clogged cats.
I think it would be a good idea to create a new Sticky in the Troubleshooting section addressing these problems, their causes and solutions.

^hey great Idea BigCajun, as our cars are turning to the ripe old age of 10, it's bound to happen that alot of our crappy catalytic converter's are failing!

I thought so too, but there seems to be little interest.

BigCajun, I don't see a thread about it to sticky yet.

And no, I don't have motivation to make it myself.

Hi kevin,
I didn't know I could make a stickie, and I thought I would float the idea to gauge interest.
I'm not sure I'm vested enough here to presume to make one.
I thought someone more established might pick me up.
Been almost a week, not much interest.

You don't make a sticky, you just make a thread. The mods and admins just assign sticky status to an existing thread.

I could sticky this thread if I wanted to.
