How to Get Here!!
From Philadelphia: Take Interstate Rt. 95 South. Exit onto Rt. 322 West. Follow Rt. 322 North to Rt. 1. Make a left onto Rt. 1 (South) and follow it for 2.7 miles to park entrance.
From Wilmington and Points South: Take Interstate Rt. 95 North. Exit onto Rt. 202 North. Follow Rt. 202 North to Rt. 1. Make a left onto Rt. 1 (South) and follow it for 1.7 miles to park entrance.
From Valley Forge and Points North: Take Rt. 202 South to Rt. 1 South. Make a right on Rt. 1 (South) and follow it for 1.7 miles to park entrance.
From Points West: Take Rt. 1 North and follow it for 0.7 miles after crossing Rt. 100 (Pottstown Pike).

brandywine battlefield? route 1 and route 202? i used to live in exton and that all sounds familiar. i would pass some intersection on 202 and the other road crossing thru was route 1, id see it on my way south to delaware, is this the same route 1 u refer to????????????

Sounds like fun, I'm moving back to North Wilmington next week, and that is just up the road from me.
I also know that there are quite a few entertaining roads in the area. If the weather is nice, would a "spirited" drive be part of the fun?

actually right down the street, just passed the park at the light there is creek rd...runs along the brandywine river....I did the drive last weekend....nice and winding
