4080 sub box mounting

I have a 4080 sub box but it keep slipping out of position. The clearances on the bottom don't let me put velcro on the bottom, and on the back, it doesn't seem to hold.

Can someone comment on how they mounted their 4080 box so that it doesn't shift around?

Thanks.

I have never had this issue with any of my customers. Are you using the factory carpet and trunk panels? Please let me know.

Maybe you don't have it sitting correctly. Its pretty fool proof, but then again....

Do you have the metal bar on the top of the box that slips in under the trunk rubber lining? With that in, mine doesn't move at all.

I didn't even use that for a few weeks after I got mine, and it still never moved.

I got it. Thanks. I didn't realize that the metal clip was supposed to go under the lining.

Thanks.
