Why put a listing for the San Gabriel Valley meets? I've yet to see one in the last year or so... yet that area is where I've seen most of the Rotary cars at.

Overall there's been very little support from those rotary cars/owners you speak of in the SG Valley. Still we continue to make the effort to bring folks together. Actually there were several folks that met up last month but it sounds like you didn't make it. Two of our board guys have made the push only to be met with silence. If you're in the San Gabriel Valley then come on out and support the meet.

One more thing.. feel free to email Andy or Jeremy with suggestions. They're ready to turn the SG Valley out!

I'll be moving there with my g/f (She resides in that area already) in August... perhaps I will start pushing for that place. Lots of RX-8s for sure... and even old school Rotarys along Garfield.

Would anyone be able to show up July 2nd for the SGV Meet? OutLaw Extremes? I'm trying to push for a gathering of SGV RX's this coming month. For the 3 times that we've had a meet for the folks in the SGV, we had a pretty low turn out ~5-6 peeps, <4 RXs.... = ( ...(yes I know there's a bunch of folks here with Rotaries, but they're really SHY!).
I'll host/lead on the SGV meet on July the 2nd....HOLLA people, don't be shy. Don't let me be the ONLY one that shows up.
The SGV meet is scheduled at "The Boat", The Boat is otherwise known as Clearmans Galley: (good size parking lot, just in case you folks are coming out in DROVES!)
Clearman's Galley
(626) 286-1484
8976 Huntington Dr
San Gabriel, CA 91775
We can decide on a better/future location also at the meet, wherever you folks would like to go, we're pretty flexible. But we'll try to limit the location to WEST of the 57, otherwise we would be in the 909! = P Just kiddin IE peeps! You guys can join in this month also!!!
So if you folks would like to come on out, let me know in this thread or shoot an email to me at Rotary13B1@aol.com.
To help attendance numbers, I'll bribe you SHY boys and gurls that show up on July 2nd with a FREE Satin Silver Rotor Housing Keychain. (limited to the first 10 peeps that attack me) See my sig.
SHOW UP FOLKS!! Free Keychain too! What else do you want????

OK- You got me...
I was planning on attending the Torrance Meet, since I have some family I can visit in the area afterwards, but your Keychain offer got me.
Actually you guys are much closer to me anyways.
!!!WARNING!!! - I'm from the 909
Besides, I have a Complimentary Satin Silver Rotor Housing Keychain card for volunteering at SevenStock last year. I can finally claim my prize.
Well since I brought this up, you can count on me for SGV It'll be the first time I've gone to this meet... been to the LA, South bay, and OC meets. The Noon time is perfect too.. gives some people a chance to wash their cars, and also for tired old folks like me to sleep in a little later. Clearmans... do you guys ever eat there during the meets? The one off of the 5 freeway in Norwalk/La Mirada has good food, wonder if the one there is just as good.
That's 3 of us so far. Hmmm wonder who else I can drag along from the other meets...
I'm in for SGV...I'll put Tustin off another month . Went to Torrance last month. Was a good turnout, I would hate to let them down this month by taking my business elsewhere . I'm a 909'r also and will probably cruise in with Cesar. This alright Cesar?
Ok, that's 6 people so far... woohoo! Almost there guys.
There was a Titanium grey getting GT7s installed today at Discount Tires today in El Monte... new guy, 3 months old RX... maybe if he reads this, could show up!
It was cancelled originally... been cancelled for the last 4-5+ times I've seen the monthly meet list. That's why I've asked Gary and Jeff at the last Torrance meet why they even list the SGV meet when it's always cancelled.... :P
Well, it seems it's back on.. yay! That's 7+ of us so far, and I'm not sure how many 7s will show up. Angela, let's see the offset, I'm curious if there really is a difference since we have the same rims and setup.
