Helas...can't make the Ottawa meet as the Victoria Day weekend will be the 10th anniversary of my fathers passing. I will be spending most of it with my mom.
However, on the Montreal meet front, i believe that I might have one participant so far, a gentleman from work here in Montreal who drives a black GT AT.
Hey Cuba...Take it easy with the Black ... Next time give Mic a little more advance warning so he can have his dream come true ...... would we take Raquel and you let me push her to the limit ?
Sorry but Raquel doesn't trust anyone with Nova Scotia plates... Then again she doesn't trust anyone with Ontario plates... Anybody out there Virginian Plates ??
just arrived in montreal. What fun that was. Raquel's first road trip and she handles like a dream (but you all knew that all ready) Not too sure about the roads here though. Yikes.
what was surprising is the amount of stuff we crammed into her - set of golf clubs, two sleeping bags + pillows, two rolling suitcases, two duffel bags, two large towels, two fishing rods and the list goes on. We could easily have fit another passenger in the back seat.
Looks like there is no interest in a Thursday night mini meet (boo hoo).
Oh well, never let it be said, I didn't at least ask.

If anyone from the Montreal region catches this, we will be in St Hyacinthe near the MacDonalds. (this a a courtesy to me as apparently it is a location that will be easy to find - no reflection on Mat's culinary tastes whatsoever!)

Back from the meet. Mic, Helas - do not pick on my new friend Mat...he is a gentleman through and through, and a wonderful dinner companion!
He definately is an asset to our club and will try to make the Ottawa meet. (his 8 is sweet too!)
