Extremeshowoff Jacksonville, FL ONLY RX-8!!!
I competed in the Extremeshowoff here in Jacksonville last week. Unfortunatly didn't win anything because of this Trailor Queen Miata, but besides that I had an awesome time. There were a lot of nice cars there. And it seems that the two major things that have to be done to your car to keep it even having a chance are: Lambo door kit and Screens in the windows. You will see from my pics that a LOT of people had these things done.
This was my first show so my list of mods is small but growing now due to sponsorship!

Thanks for sharing the pic's but where were the screen windows? I think I missed it?
You know, women are so great looking but DANG...they should just walk around naked because the stuff these chicks are wearing should no longer be considered clothes.

I posted in the SE section about the Jax show about a week before I was competing. I'll let you know the next one I find out about.
Sorry forgot a couple of the screen pics see attached now.
And the women there were NICE, not even sure why they were wearing clothes because there was nothing left to the imagination.
Competition here was soooo strong, I knew I didn't have a chance except in the Mazda class because there were only 4 of us there, but that Miata took it all.....

2010 Prius - Miss the 8
Entering in a Cali show is near suicide unless you have the...
Body Kit (2-3k) + optional Custom Paint (3k+ paint jobs)
Turbo/Supercharger + Other engine Mods (At least 10k-15k)
Wheels... at the VERY least 19" + Volks or better (Expect to fork over at least 3k-4k)
ICE (At least 4500 with speakers etc)
Trunk BS (At least another 2500 for TVs and junk here in the rear)
Suicide doors (2k+)
Carbon Fiber, Etc (More BS stuff that makes your car stand out... another 2k+)
Oh the joy...
Turbo/Engine modification is almost a MUST for entering Cali car shows. Stock cars will get laughed at... There's a reason why So Cali is import showoff capitol in the US, we have JDM shops in every other corner selling the cheesy knockoff junk to the high-end tuner stuff.

i'd play some options or best motoring dvds. anything that doesn't have paul walker, vin diesel, or eminem in it.
kill bill, pulp fiction, ******, fight club, hero, fist of legend, equilibrium, i don't know...there are so many good movies out there.

If Mikeb's car was in any other state, people would think it's Super Fixed up... and he has pretty much everything you can ask for except the engine modification. Maybe you should go to other states and enter Mike
