If you go to tustin dont have a tech named larry touch your car. Just ask for someone else. That guy is horrible.

I've been extremely happy with Irvine Mazda recently. Talk to Rick.

They said the was no problem with the alignment its normal due to road crown. I told them they're BS-ing me. The tech got very argumentative, told me he road tested the vehicle and there was no problem. Said hes got 32 years in the business and he knows what hes talking about. he told me i didn't know an alignment pull from road crown. So i told him im also a tech (look at profile) and he shouldn't lie to cover his rear cause he didnt want to do the repair. I asked him to go on a road test with me so he can verify my concern, he declined saying hes not obligated to do so. OMFG what a sleaze ball. Great job Heritage, keep up the great customer service.

Thumbs up

My 2 cents on Tustin Mazda: Mary and Jennifer were very cordial and took care of the paperwork efficiently/professionally... they knew what recalls to perform and didn't meet me with blank stares when I mentioned the low oil level light TSB and engine crank/no start TSB.

Ray was able to describe the problem with the low oil level light coming on and took care of the car. The lowered body kit didn't faze him at all. I dropped it off at 8am & picked it up at 1pm with the airbag/dampener/m-flash/oil pan fixes done. I was very impressed with their level of service and knowledge... I'd highly recommend these folks and will look for Ray next time I go in for service.

Rob

Romero Motors / Mazda has kept me satisfied so far... except they gave me a lame excuse for my paint chipping...
they: Replaced my center console ($0)
- Free first oil change

they do get pretty busy at times.. because there are only 2 main people there... but if you talk to Hector he'll take care of you...

I can see that my relationship with them isnt going to last very long... because sometimes they give me BS excuses.

and half *** answers.
