Hi All,

Those whose cars are in the 2nd batch - have you heard anything from your salesman? Mine says the cars are in already:p

yup,got the allocation of the engine/chasis # liao...juz submitted the neccess docu to process the delivery,now juz pray 4 the admin side to run them FAST... :p

yup... i call up mine yesterday. Was also told of the arrival. Just have to hope that all documentations could be done asap

From what I understand, the constraint is the manpower available to prep the cars for delivery. Hope they prioritise our cars!

Paperwork is very straightforward, as long as they submit the green LTA form, the car will be registered.

Wouldn't it be nice to go driving this weekend...

Any updates on when you guys are picking up the cars?

I'm out of town and told them to hold mine till I got back sometime next week.

Was informed that all documents are settled, now awaiting the preparation of the vehicles to be presented to us. maybe ard friday or saturday i guess. still yet to confirm.:D

Me juzz collected my ride....

Good things no need to say lah hor...the mini surprise I got:

- The mirrors do not fold.
- The car stereo is only so-so, infact very so-so.
- The interior plastics also so-so, the rear seat centre compartment is below so-so, where u can just pluck it out.
- The tyre repair kit is.....well, very new to me.
- There's no button to activate the headlight washer, u hv to flick the screen washer 3x to activate it.
- the engine note......errr.....sounded a bit weird....I owned the FD before and they sound different.
- There are 2 buttons for seat heating, heard u guys tok about it but my SE said they are there for show only...

Other than these....the rest are very much as expected.....still very satisfied lah.:D :D

was aware bout the wing mirror tungy,@ tat time worried it might not even hv the foot-lamp.

Xtreme,hw com ur delivery is onli nxt week?mine was due to OPC,nd more time to process,tats wat they claimed...lan lan

& bkin date is not a factor either...

For the stereo, you might want to consider replacing all the stock speaker, it make hell lots of difference. And if want more base, can put in another active woofer. that is more or less sufficient.

even with custom leather your car is earliest from the second batch! your SE must be very well connected!

Was told all documents settled but the car is stuck in the warehouse.. cos other vehicles are blocking.....

But not giving up... still trying to get it on friday or saturday....

Thanks. I bought a set of components, a sub and 2 amps liow. These are 2nd hand items from someone in the delphi ICE forum...gonna install them tomorrow:D

No lah...my leather still not done yet, the guy needed to see the car to match the color...so now its still original.....:D

Since the first day I saw this thread I start to pester my SE at MM, till now no confirm date of collecting ... very sian.

I think you're the first to collect your car in 2nd batch, so lucky. I can't wait anymore. BTW, who is your SE ?
