I bought this back in 2009 from old forum member mysql, and never got around to putting it on my car. It's a Mazsport Type II (low mount), and it's a partial kit, missing some pipes and hardware (I bought it that way, didn't lose or break anything myself). Probably will cost $500 or so to get the rest of the pipes fabbed, according to him, not including supporting mods like engine management, boost controller, etc. All the parts have nice ceramic heat-proofing on them that the previous owner added at considerable cost.
Kit includes:
Mazsport water cooled ball bearing turbocharger w/ ceramic coating
Mazsport exhaust manifold w/ ceramic coating
Mazsport engine mounts (provides clearance for low mount turbo)
2x ceramic coated pipes
Air-to-air intercooler
Tial wastegate
TurboXS vent-to-atmosphere blow off valve
Assorted connectors and hoses
All items are new and never used on any car. This thing is sexy. I'm pretty disappointed to never have gotten around to installing it. Why didn't I? Honestly, I bought a sport bike instead, and that's way faster than any RX8, turbo or not.
$2500. Throw an extra $80 on and I'll ship it anywhere in the lower 48 states.
