I bought a brand new air filter from Racing Beat just under 2 months ago. I will include the screens I used even though they do NOT come with the intake when you buy it new. One of them is slightly torn, up to you if you want to use it or use your own from your airbox.

No, sorry. The only "wear" the intake can take is the filter and there is a nearly brand new (not recharged) filter in there. On top of that I am already heavily discounting it from new anyway and I'm even not including shipping on my part (the price I have is SHIPPED and it's probably going to cost me ~$30 to ship) or from Racing Beat to you.
