Geting car in gear when cold?

Has anyone else had a problem getting the car in gear when it has been cold outside. The worst is trying to put it in reverse when backing out of my garage in the moring. I literly have to pull as hard as i can to get it to engage. Has this happened to anyone else or dose anyone have any idea what it could be? Any feedback would be nice. Oh ya, the car only has 6800 miles.

I've had some resistance going from 1st to 2nd when it has been below zero... -14 was the worst so far. After a few miles, it's been fine. Reverse has been no problem with me however...

I haven't had any trouble getting my 8 into gear and its sat outside overnight in some very cold temperatures, in the past few weeks the temp has dipped below -40C more than once. Might want to get yours checked out.

I just got the car back from the dealer and they said that the preasure plate screws had came loose. They also said that it was not the first time they have seen this. We might want to start to watch out for this problem. I guess the problem just kept getting worse and worse and then finally horrible. The car is so diffrent know. I dont even know if it felt this nice when i first got it.

not the first time we have seen it either. the first replaced tranny/clutch we heard about on here was because of loose pressure plate bolts, that was back on august 19th:
