Report him to Mazda. That's the whole idea of internet pre-ordering. So that crap won't happen.

 

Tell him to go F#$@ himself and that you'll drive down to San Diego and get an RX-8 from Cush Mazda for MSRP, period. An hour's drive is certainly worth $3000.
