MN want these rims for my 8

I'm looking at purchasing 19" stern st8 mesh II wheels. They are 19x8.5 in the front and 19x9.5 in the back with a 35mm offset. There is one guy on here with This wheel/tire set up 19x8 in the front and 19x10 in the rear with 375/30/19 in the rear and 235/35/19 in the front for the tires with his car lowered and he has only rubbed about 3 times that he knows of with out rolling his fenders yet. If you want to look at his car look up (19" Tenzo R GF7 Staggered Fitment). The ones I am looking at are .5" bigger in the front and .5" smaller in the rear. So, what I want to know is what size tires anyone thinks would work for the set up I want and if anyone thinks I'm going to have to roll my fenders. I defenitely want to get really low profile tires. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Also, does anyone know if the dish is smaller on the front compared to the back on these rims? If it's not i am fine with that cause i think that black rims with a deep dish machined polished lip on my black 8 would look sick.

If I end up getting these rims I have a set 18x8 DRAG mesh black rims with Kuhmo ecsta spt's with about 50% tread life on them that I will be selling for in between $600-700. I haven't decided yet how low I want to go on these. But, the rim and tire would come together for that price. So, depending on how you drive you could get at least another summer or MAYBE another 2 if you're not rippin around every where. but, where would the fun in that be.

I'll keep everyone posted on the sale of my set I have now.

You will rub in the rear with 19x9.5 +35 and 275/30/19 tires unless you roll the fenders.

Does anyone know if or how far out a 19x9.5 35mm offset wheel would stick out? Or would it be flush with the wheel well and that's why I would have to roll the fenders.

I went into a tire place yesterday and they said that I should be sticking with a 50mm offset otherwise my tires are going to stick really far out. I don't care if they stick a little out. but, i don't want them to stick out like an inch or more. Again any information would be helpful.
