parts difference between manual and auto

I searched, but to no avail. Is there a website or thread that lists all the parts differences between a 6spd equipped vehicle and an automatic equipped vehicle. I'm no slouch when it comes to wrenching and I know the obvious differences, im looking for the small parts, but a comprehensive list would come in handy as a checklist. Please don't respond with "go buy a manual" or " should have bought a manual" lol I bought what I bought because I paid almost nothing for an 05 touring with 6500 miles. Im not new to the rotary scene having owned a few rx7s thus far, this being my first automatic. Point being I'm prepping this vehicle now for next season's autocross/road race schedule and I have a million things going on with her at the moment..so any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys...we need more rotarys at events around Pittsburgh I'm always the only one...

I have been around here a while and never read a single thread about someone going from and AT to a 6-speed. It's is just too much work and money for 40HP. You are going to have to be the pioneer on this one. You might have better luck putting in a drivetrain from a FC / FD or picking up a front clip from a wrecked RX-8 6-speed.

lol i did just ask for a website or thread....i dont need the obvious things, just every car has their querks and i was mainly looking to see what the querks for this car would be..and its not the 40hp im looking for although having the higher flow rate of a 6-port is a plus, i really just need the transmission for obvious reasons ( next years autocross/roadrace season, north park/beaverun, mid-ohio) and price isnt the biggest issue , considering what i paid for the vehicle , i'd still be in the black. Work is not a problem at all I have what amounts to the cloest thing to a professional garage at my house ;>) oh and i do get free cars to drive, so being without my 8 is no problem at all..so she can sit for a little..but hey if anyone knows anything I dont already know my ears are already open
