will CEL come on if i installed k&n typhoon II intake system

was just wondering if i installed a typhoon II air intake would it make my check engine light come on?

"Shouldn't"... but many have had issues with that intake.

I even worked on a local's car who had problems with this intake.
I installed his stock intake and he said that car ran better than ever.

So honestly... Don't waste your money.
If you want increased sound, go with Racing Beat or AEM.

with the rb revi there was no CEL or any probs for u so far?

This is first time I've heard anything bad about the K&N other than it being a hot air intake. News to me.

So, what? Sometimes it throws a CEL and sometimes it doesn't?
