With only 1 week to go until the WORLD's Greatest Rotary Car Show, I thought I'd give you guys a sneak peak!
When you drive down Fairplex, you'll pretty much dead end at the venue
Here is where I expect to see an EPIC Rotary Car TRAFFIC JAM!!! It'll actually create a cool photo shot with us taking up all the lanes and letting everyone know we have ARRIVED. (in case they somehow didn't hear us coming... )
Here's the main display area!
AND last but not least.... the INDOOR area! Man, this is going to look SO awesome when it's full of our cars.

As a volunteer I can say this... its going to be SICK, and the pictures dont do it justice. The place is WAY bigger than it seems. The way they are setting everything up is awesome. Theres plenty of shade, plenty of space to sit, plenty of FOOD. AND OCTOBERFEST IS going to be the same day right next door to SEVENSTOCK, but it wont start till 5 p.m. And if you show ur SEVENSTOCK wristband you get in FREE. SO MUCH GOOD STUFF, SS14>MNAOx100

This is gonna be different.........Real food, real restrooms, shade.......You guys are gonna spoil me.
I'm trying to figure where the vendors are going to set up. Most of them will have trailers and motorhomes.

yup!
that's the one picture I forgot to post but trust me... the Vendors have TONS of room and a few will be bringing rigs with them.
That's one thing that is also different for this SevenStock; Vendors CAN bring product and sell on-site. (previously that was not allowed at MNAO other then shirts and random widgets)

It's a full Team Effort, I am constantly reminded how awesome the SoCal RX group is and it's because of their dedication that all of this has been possible.
can't WAIT till Saturday.
Those pictures were probably taken around 3 p.m.+, because when I went for the volunteer orientation, from 8-11 it was nice and shaded by the trees that are there, they actually do their jobs like in picture #3. Its going to be awesome, you guys just have to wait and see! Perfect weather, perfect shade, perfect layout, prefect location, PERFECT event.

Went incognito to Subiefest @ the Fairplex this past weekend.
It was in a huge parking lot, just a parking lot. People searching for shade, getting next to any tall vehicle to get away from the sun. It was 90 that day. Only 2 food trucks (you know how long the wait can be), for a crowd about 2x-3x bigger than Sevenstock. $15 per person!! just to get in.
Add $$ to be "a show car", in a coned off section next to everyone else's Subies who aren't competing. At least @ SS, every participant car in the event area is considered for a trophy (sans vendors).
As of today, the forecast is mid-80's for Saturday 10/29. There's plenty of shade, tables & food options.
