Looks great. Helped my dad paint his Corvette's brakes last year and yeah it was a pain. But the end result is definitely worth it.

Red on blue? Not my cup of tea, but good job nonetheless!

Whats wrong with red on blue? I think the contrast looks good. Would you rather have blue on blue? I think that would just look bland. IMO red and yellow are really the only 2 colors that should ever go on calipers, depending on the car's color and how much you paint.

Red looks good. I debated painting mine red but decided to go with black to stay with the black and white theme. Still debating on whether I want to go with black or brushed aluminum rims.

Looks good man but to me red is Brembo wannabeish. Oh, and Red Rex, calipers should never be yellow. Ever.

Thanx bro! I covered the entire wheel well area with newspaper (taped them on) and then sprayed the brakes with dupli color spray paint.

Ah, good deal. I am going to be installing my stance C/O's this weekend, maybe I will paint the brakes while I'm at it. I just havn't thought of a good color that would offset the Black Mica properly

I personally think that red would go well with any color. I just helped paint my friends g35 calipers red and the car is white. Looks sick!

For some reason it looks okay on an R3, but on a Series 1 8 it would look horrible, I have a winning blue and I painted mine black... i got tired of the green-gray stock calipers....

I want to paint mine black... just waiting for the right time.
I hope when I do, it turns out looking nice as yours haha.

The only downside to painting them is it requires touching them up a couple times a year. The calipers really take a beating!

Does anyone have pictures of a R3 with dark gold color on their caliper's? Especially if it's on a Aurora Blue R3!
