Cel p0411

Per the 2009 workshop manual: "Secondary air injection system incorrect upstream flow"

I have not done any intake/exhaust modifications to the car. The only modifications I've done is to add lights.

All lights still work - so there's not a fuse popped.

What else do you think could cause the problem - because being an actual problem.

Edit:
A piece of the puzzle, the CEL popped up on the morning that South Carolina has it's ice storm. I'll take her in sometime soon.

The main reason why I made this post is because another thread (Yes, I searched ) mentioned the same CEL error was caused by blue tape. I was hoping there would be another off the wall reason.

I would start by checking all the connectors to the air pump.

Also you can leave the hood open, start the vehicle cold and listen/feel the air pump. It should stay on for like 30 secs or so.
