Bluetooth call quality

Anybody else have any issues with the bluetooth in their R3/Grand Touring? I've been using it since I bought the car new in May and it seemed to work good but now it seems like people have a hard time hearing me on the bluetooth and then when I switch to the handset on my phone it works fine.

I know the microphone location is crappy (on top by the windshield in the same grille as the center speaker). But I don't know if the issue is my phone or the car

Hmm.. I've only used mine a few times but I have had no complaints at all with it. It's loud and clear so far!

Did anything get in there? Like maybe someone accidentally sprayed like some cleaner or Armor all in there or on the cloth cover?

Nope. I just use a microfiber towel to pull up the dust that settles on the dash.
