In the one you are looking at, is moving the seat around done manually or electrically? I know that a lot of the electric seats have adjustable lumbar support that you could mess around with to find what setting is the most comfortable...

And regardless of what type seats it has, all of the seats are able to have both the bottom and the back tilt to however you want them. So I'd say just try out different combinations of how the back and bottom of the seat are angled and surely you will come up with one that is comfortable and doesn't cause back pain.

You do not say if you have the power seat or the manual seat.

I have the power one. You can mess with the seat height, lumbar, and seat angle to get several different feels for the seat. I suggest playing a lot, not just with tweaking a position, but change one a lot, and then adjust the others. Seat angle plays a big part. Sorry, I cannot help with the manual seat.
