I was wondering if there are any nitrous set ups yet for the series 2. I don't really now anything about nitrous as of yet do you still need to tune your engine like FI set up if so then it's a no go since there is no tuning options for us. Any help...I will be greatfull

I imagine you can get by with a universal kit like ZEX 82021, as we have been doing on Series I. The module does all the fuel additions for you, hence it's a "WET" kit. Just dont try to go over the 55hp jets.
The kit is available from BHR. But since the AccessPort is not available for the 2009 I don't really feel a bigger shot than a 55 is safe. As mentioned by AlzOrz above.

Ok so nothing over 55. Is anything under 55 "safe" or no... And what would the performance gain be with say a 50hp kit?

I don't think it'd be worth it going for anything under the 55hp jets. The only reason you don't want to go over 55hp is because after that you have to retard ignition timing, which you can't do without external tuning.
Even with the 55hp jets, you'll only put down about 40hp to the wheels while you're spraying.
However, your torque curve will be juicier.

don't get it just cause of peer pressure, unless they feel like paying you for it.

Alright, so you guys are talkin about a 09... I have a 2004 rx8 that I have converted from a automatic, into a 6 speed car. I am fixing to order a reman mazda 6 port engine. So my question is this... What kit should I use on the car? I am wanting to do nitrous. Is 55hp shot all my car could handle also? I have AEM intake, Greddy exhaust, excedy clutch (putting underdrive pulleys and throttle body spacer in it next week when I do the engine swap) so im just gathering a little info as to what I can and cant do when it comes time for spray on my car.

You do not need to retard the timing at all for the 55 shot.
After that 2 degrees for every 10 over 55 ... basically
Zex manually (ZEX 82021 kit) recommends with the 65 hp jets installed to retard timing 2 degrees and with the 75 jets to retard timing 4 degrees
I had Jeff tune my car for a 65 shot, he pulled 3 degrees of timing.
I noticed no appreciable loss in power during regular driving.
My dyno's show a gain of:
55 shot of roughly 30 whp and 30 torque
65 shot of roughly 40 whp, sorry no torque data
edit:
I did run with the 75 shot of nitrous for awhile with the 3 degree retarded tune that Jeff had setup. Christ waz it quick, car seemed to run fine with it, as far as knock goes.
However after my first manifold backfire, which scared the **** out of me, I dropped back down to a 55 shot.

Planning, for a new flash and possibly an old school blow off valve too; if I decide to run nitrous.
/I suppose the "hump hose" would blow out before the manifold or blower went...
