Hello, i found a an option for those who need a hi flow fuel pump in a s2 assembly. The denso 265lph is a bolt on drop in for the s2 assembly and can be found here : https://spdbydesign.com/product/dens...-in-fuel-pump/

I instaled mine today and fits just right

Btw it will be my pick up pump for my surge tank setup before someone asks

The thing is i heard of failing from all these units on different boards, deatschwerks and aeromotive are chinese units sold big price with lots of mark up and the company dosent care if they replace it for free for a while but the problem is you could damage your engine from a failing pump, get stuck somewhere and have to get yours hands in fuel again if it fails.

The denso has a much lower failure rate and still is a good unit for higher flow

The OE pump in the S2 is Denso. Every brand has failures, including Denso.

Why do you need to do this for a pickup application to feed a surge tank (essentially zero pressure)

Ill use it like this for breaking in my new engine and maybe low boost and put a surge tank when things will get serious

So new to this platform but have lots of experience with tuning. Would these pumps be used for eblend day e50? Or are these just to replace a stock pump? Do stock ones tend to go bad?
When work slows down I plan on trying to see what the stock fuel system will support for an e blend.
Not to gain power as I bet not much room to gain. But it would really help with the heat issues of the wankle and I’m already used to blending fuel for other platforms.
