Racing Beat Race Exhaust - will it fit

I'm considering purchasing the Racing Beat Race Exhaust in the photo but would like to know if it will fit (without modification) on my 2009 RX8? From reading other posts, there is a difference between exhaust made for RX8s between 2004-08 and 09-10 but since the tip (single) does not stick out of the back, I was wondering if this would work for my car. If you have any experience with this exhaust, please respond. Thanks for the help!

Racing Beat does make an exhaust for our year. I just installed the Dual Resonated Mid-pipe today which isn't loud at all. Here is the link for racing beat www.racingbeat.com/FRmazda4.htm they make the system in a single tip or dual tip. No homo on the comment.

Thanks everyone who've responded to my questions. steve2tails - I checked the link that you attached. My followup question is did the mid-pipe make a noticeable difference in power or is it simply a sound generating apparatus? I appreciate all of the feedback everyone provides so please feel free to chime in. Thanks.

Well it's only one day since I got the midpipe installed. So far the car still sounds stock which it's not bad waiting for it to be broken in. As for power any exhaust upgrade there is not going to be a lot of horse power. If I was going to take a guess maybe an extra 2-3 HP. I'll post up a video as soon as I can.

Ok Ive recorded a vid of the Racing Beat Dual resonated midpipe. It's not too loud plus it shoots flames even in stock exhaust. Enjoy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZntQ5Y7zjc

because the exhaust dumps under the car it's known for loud interior noise on the street
