Mods to 2009-2010 RX-8 R3

What performance upgrades (primarily hp) can be made to the R3 which:

1) will not void the car's warranty

2) keep the car completely street legal with no street issues like passing emissions

3) do not materially increase noise from stock levels

Love to know if getting the car to the 275 hp range is possible within these limitations, and if so, at what cost. Names of vendors/kits/prices are welcome

TIA
