Would it rub??
Hi i was wondering if this set up would cause any rubbing
On a stock rx8
Wheel:
18x5 with 45mm offset
Front and back
Tires:
245/40r18
Front and back

First....there are plenty of thread out there to answer this.
Second....you have typos in your post. I am sure you did not mean a 18x5 wheel.

going on the fact that i think you mean 18x8 +45, no it will not rub, my wheels are 18x8 with a +30 offset, and they don't rub

You could jump railroad tracks with that setup and it wouldn't rub.

why would you even start a new thread when you already found the best fitment thread on the forum?
was your question not answered there? maybe because you posted the wrong specs like you did on this thread?
yes it will fit and if you took the time to even look up what a stock wheel's specs are you would know that already

If its not lowered to the extent, then it won't rub.

Our limit is somewhere around 18x9.5 +22 with stock height.
But that also depends on your tires.
