Switching between winter & summer wheels with TPMS

So I am ready to switch out my stock rims (which have winter tires on right now) with new 18" rims with the stock Potenzas and another set of Mazda OEM tire sensors (I hope they fit!).

Do I need to do any type of reset to the car when a new set of TPMS is present? Or does the car automatically see the correct tire pressure? I am hoping I can just switch the wheels out and it e a seamless transition.

SEARCH! the owners manual j/k

I went thru this last summer-....
There is a procedure- it takes about 10 minutes or so for it to "figure things out". you will have a tpms light on for a bit, then it goes away. i believe the manual states start the car, shut it off, turn to acc and wait for like 10 minutes or something.

But i hear you can just start driving and it figures it out. I bought my new sensors for summer rims from rosenthal, and they told me this procedure, it also is in the manual.
