even with staggered wheels, your car will still handle pretty well once your tires are broken in. the only noticeable disadvantage might be if you track your car.
why would you buy the same width with different offsets? doesn't make a lot of sense. if you like the look, go for the staggered. if you track the car and you're really worried about handling, get all the same width and offset.

Is this what you mean I hav 19x9 +38 on the front and 19x9 +24 on the back with the same size tires. The front has about a 1 inch lip andthe back is 3 to 4 inches or so.

I didn't see any changes I even went on a 360 km road trip to the Nurburgring with them on. I noticed no real change of course I didn't go out and try to take them backroading because these are my everyday wheels.
