i should've been more specific, but i wnat to know how much it costs to get ur local paint shop to paint rims. and would it look bad if it was painted ..say....brilliant black

H-Omi do u remember the guy with the black 19" sf challenges? was it custom paint?

take them to a local body shop
thats the best place to get them done.
powder coat them

Yes, as I recall that was custom paint.

Powder coating is more durable than paint - it's a thicker formula with an epoxy-like resin in it. I think. :D

power coating requires the part to be baked for the paint to be set. Therefore, really large parts require a large oven.
Some have used wheel spray paint followed by clear coats.

one of my wheels are there now and im thinking of doing by brakes next week.
