Hey guys,

Im planning on picking up some ADR Kosei Rims in silver.

I really like the style of the rims, but I would prefer them in hyper black; a colour that is not offered.

I was wondering if anyone here has ever gotten their rims powercoated.

I would really like to powercoat them hyper black, or gunmetal.

If anyone has had this done, how much does it cost?

I paid $275 to get a set of four OEM's coated black.

not bad...i actually was thinking about doing this as well...maybe when i get my other rims...i'll send them out to get powder coated...i mean i've seen a ton of FD's with their stockers powder coated...

Can they power coat a Hyper Black colour?? Or is it a different process?

Ive never seen a hyper black in person, so I dont know how it compares to a flat black or gunmetal.

Depends on the shop. I did not get mine done at the shop below but here is an example of the colors this shop has. If this place can powder coat in these colors why not a shop by you.

are u sure u cant get them in hyper black
a local guy here had them on his integra years ago
i can ask him but im sure he bought them that way.
