Well, ended up going for these.
Reason is, one of the rear springs has sheared off and the left rear has a horrible rust bubble on it... and one of the dampers is leaking so thought stuff it, lets just replace them all with a set of these... car's done 56k miles so thinking with all the other work I've recently done, may as well finish off with these. Also before these things went wrong, I'd have to say thought the standard suspension was a little soggy for my tastes, however that could just be down to warn parts.
So, anyone with any recommendations either specific to these or to coilovers in general? Anything I need to watch out for in particular?

don't use semislicks on any track and you'll be fine.
Test them on a dyno to see how crappy and different they are one from the other. This will help you dial in the settings.
Each click will do something different each time, don't even fine adjusting them. 5 click increments are around the only way to feel a difference.
It's cheap stuff, don't expect much from them and you'll be happy.

Coilovers on, will take some piccies tomorrow... dropped an inch or so, maybe more, not sure, then setup for road with not as much camber as others, will see how this suites.
However, initial drive home... wow, massive difference, feels tighter and deffo no where near as much lean around corners... will report back later this weekend when I've thrashed her a little... however, first impressions, very sweet.
