how hard is it to swap out TPMS?

i'll be switching rims tomorrow...so how hard is it to swap out the tpms(where is it located)?

after you break the tire bead you can remove the tpms by loosening the 12 mm nut on the valve stem. the tpms is part of the valve stem.

I've heard these are tricky. Will taking off the 12mm nut be difficult? Should I be worried about anything else?
