they dont sell those rims separate? ive been finding these rims and no dice..do they only come with the car?

i found the name of this rim..they are called savini mono sm3 aka SV39-M..do they fit on our cars?

I thought they are Hennessey, now you think its savini? What is it? They both look identical to me...
