I want changes. Just can't decide if I want to invest or not.

I was planning on running 245/40's, same as on my 10.5's.

If it's gonna be a bitch, I'll just run 10.5 +15 all around since I know it works. I just like the sound of 11 better :D

I've been reading this thread for just over a week now, sizing up what can and cant fit, what should and shouldn't be done. Finally figured I should get an account and post. Just picked these up off Yahoo Auction Japan. Rays RE30 9.5J +28 F/R in Hyper Bronze. Mounting Advan AD07's 265/35R18.(got a great deal from a friend) Still shopping coils, F/R tower/sway bars, underbody bracing and other JDM/USDM compatible parts before I leave Japan. Moving to San Antonio, TX in April, and still have not found an 8. (Currently own '93, '95, and '97 FD's in Japan). Really looking forward to swapping to the 8, but im going to miss my boost, and the ease of access to used parts here. Thanks to all the pics and specs posted across 280+ pages to help me make a decision on fitment! Sorry I won't have on car pics until April (when I get stateside, and get a car!) (added FD Pics F:18x10J+32 225/40 R: 18x11J +28 235/40)

Honestly, 11 ET25 was a perfect fit. You could run that spec with a 255/35/18 without requiring any additional work and get a similar stretch; 265's will even work great.

I also think 18x11 ET20 with the 245/40's would be a good option as well. Go wide or go home, 10.5's are so 2011

Excellent choice, the Hyper Bronze finish is great. Can't wait to see what you do to the car, it sounds as though you've got some good taste! Parts are tricky to find used for the 8, but are out there. Some patience and they will definitely come up though. I would recommend picking up as much as you can while overseas via Yahoo Auctions as some things are tough to find over here at a reasonable price.

+ everybody here seems very happy with Powertrix and Stance. I'd like to say that I love my JIC Magic coilovers. I have received the e-mail that new JIC Magic USA coilovers are being made, if anyone here has them, I am wondering if you can drop them down like the JDM ones?

This was an issue with inner clearance. In fact, Teamrx8 would have had a similar problem, as this has similar inner clearance tolerance to what he was considering running.

A little love tap on the inner wall allowed a crack to develop, leading to a slow leak. Just came out to go to work in the morning with low air in the tire. Nobody was hurt.

18", any width, any offset, matte black or matte bronze for $2200/set
If I want to change the colour of the barrel, it's $100 extra per wheel

It really makes no sense that they're so cheap :/
