Wierd Vibration after Car has been driven
Hi all,
I was driving to chicago the other day and when I finally arrived I noticed something weird (150 mile trip). When would I turn at low speeds it felt like the tire was rubbing. This has only happened after I had been driving on the express way for an extended amount of time. Could it be something as simple as a loose belt? I bought the car with 24k miles and have put 2k on it so far so it might be around that time. Could it be something else, has anyone else experienced that same issue?
For information purposed this is a 2006 6 Speed M/T in Phantom Blue .
Edit:
If this is due to that overflow I am going to be pissed. Mainly, before I was a forum member, I had to have this specific wiring harness replaced and they would not cover it by warranty because it had previously been repaired with silicon and some electric tape. Did I mentioned this is 30 minutes after I drove it off the lot as a "certified vehicle"! I am still fighting to get the money for that repair back.
Here is a pic of the old wire that they had to replace...
Thanks,
J

That kind of entered rant mode...
Has anyone else experienced this? Was it a belt? Was it overflow on to the power steering wiring harness? Was it something else?
I am going to get a longer run off hose for the overflow and hopefully that would solve the issue. With it only being at low speeds and after the car has been running for a while, I figured that solution makes the most sense. I wanted to see if anyone else had any good suggestions.
Thanks,
J
