3/4 full of oil

If I flat foot it through lots of corners I usually get a light to click on say 10-15mins in. I watched oil pressure the last time this happened to check if my pressure moved and it does not. Like I said I have actually over 3/4 of 5-20 oil.

My guess is through some long sweepers the oil will move to one side of the oil pan and starve the sensor of oil (if there is one near the pickup tube). Throwing me a CEL. After I just cruise 1.5k and below for 5-15seconds the light turns off and stays off till I flat foot it some more.

Suggestions?
