If flooded, then you will get a lot of smoke when you first get it cranked up. Not an issue.
Now on the other hand, if this happens after a few good runs, then you need to let some smoke get on your hands and then smell it and see if it smells sweet.
BTW........how do you keep flooding it? I've just crossed four years and have never flooded.
I assume you have no CEL lit up?

I have the same thing going on with my 04 and it does smell sweet plus I have a CEL. my poor girl has been eating gas worse than normal getting really bad gas mileage also she struggles pas 4 rpms and shakes and seems to misfire. i plan on taking her in to the shop though I would rather avoid it.

guillermo - hmmm...I know white smoke normally means antifreeze is burning, but I read earlier today about white smoke and a potentially failing catalytic converter.
Since you just flooded your car and dumped gasoline to the exhaust, I predict that your catalytic converter will fail soon. Been there done that.
Try removing the cat for inspection.
Sparks - get your CEL code read ASAP. Search the code number on the forum and will likely lead you to the right place.
Cheers
