Weird noise when driving in the "even" gears.

So, I'm not really sure how to explain the noise. It sounds like maybe a vacuum or fan or something. I recorded the sound, and will link the file. In the file, I start in 1st, and go to 6th, shifting around 5-6k. With each even gear, the sound is more pronounced, with 6th being the loudest. I listened to a video that had the MIAC sound, but it doesn't sound like that to me. The sound doesn't really change with higher/lower rpm. And if I'm not moving, the sound isn't present in any gear.
