Warrenty ?
Oooook so,
i was driving home from work the other day and it was raining...
so i was cruisin down the street and i decided to pin it, soo the tires spun but then, tragedy lol, now my traction control was off but its still kicked in and then my engine bogged all the way down to 2000revs and wouldnt go pased there, and as soon as i tried to get it moving again it bogged right out and the CEL came on, so i had to drive home shifting and keeping it under 3000rpm, any ideas on what the **** it could be??
now my second question...say it turns out to be a problem and i have to bring it to mazda and get them to look at it, but my rear tires have next to zero tread left on them and the car has less than 11000KM on it lol, are they going to look at my rear tires and be like **** that you bagged it or whats gunna happen, and being 18 and having to pay for this all by myself, i kinda have no money to pay for new tires and im fucked, and i also cant just be like Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad i need new tires, cuz **** will hit then fan if he find out that iv burnt them off in only 10000KM
so ya im kinda in a pickle
but if anyone could answer any of my questions that would be awesome

i guess i kinda put a little to much effort into the intial post...
all i want to know is
1. Why is my engine reving out at 3000rpm then getting a CEL, then going away within 24 hours
2. I guess is a stupid question and mazda is more than likely going to say **** you and shove the warrenty up my *** anyways, but whats the deal with that??
and iv asked way worse things on this site and havent got flamed for it, usually the people on this site are cool to deal with so whatever, flame if you want, or if you could answer my question, it would be much apreciated

Car is most likely in limp mode due to the CEL. This could be as simple as a loose plug wire, bad plug wires, bad coil. Then more drastic like a clogged cat and other things........there's just not really a good way to tell without having the code read somewhere.
In terms of the tires...................they might mention how bald they are, but that's not a factor. Oh........don't tell them the story in your first post, just tell them about the CEL and that it won't go over 3k on the RPMs. That's all they need to know.
There..............that better?
You could actually try and disconnect the battery for at least 30 minutes, but after that you will have to perform the reset on the DCs/TCS.
Key on(not start)
Turn wheel all the way one direction and then the other.
Key off
Wait a few seconds and then start as normal
You could also try:
Key on(no start)
pump brake pedal real fast until oil guage sweeps to the right and back to the left
Key Off
Waita few and start it up.

you have bald tires in less than 11,000 KM
Knowing that it's raining and you have bald tires what do you do, floor it.
Your a danger to yourself, and others so park the car and take a bus till you grow up.

iv grown up driving cars and being around cars... my dads been a mechanic since he was 15...
ya i have bald tires with less that 11,000kms, i enjoy driving my car and ripping around learning to drift in open parking lots, and maybe get in the ocasional race in the city, ir light them up in i see a couple good looking girls, so what?? im a kid thats enjoying my car
and yes i did in fact floor it when it was raining out... wanna know why??? it was 2AM, there was not a single car out, the road i was going down echo's like a mother ****** and i love the sound of it, why?? who the **** knows, maybe i just like to listen to my 42,000 dollar investment?? maybe i am a danger to myself... do i care? no, couldnt give less of a ****, i wreck, i wreck, **** happens
so bascally dont tell me how to drive, i dont care if you ******* track race or any of that ****... im sure your an amazing driver and all that good ****, and thats just great, but dont tell me to grow up cuz im having fun being a ******* kid and enjoying what i have
