TSB question about brakes
I'm about to go change my brake rotors, and I was looking on my library's website for instructions/diagrams, and I came across a nice TSB listing for Rx-8s. On the catalog under brakes, it lists "06/02/2009 BRAKE NOISE, JUDDER AND DRAGGING DIAGNOSIS AND SERVICING", but then when I click on it to open the PDF, it says file not found. Did this TSB ever exist? I would be pretty happy if it did, since that's exactly what's up with my rotors.
