I have a problem with my stereo and whole center console turning off when I drive. All the lights and the display turns off, but the A/C keeps blowing. It happens both when I'm driving and when stationary, and when the key is in the 'acc' position. As it is turning off and on I can hear a clicking-sort of sound coming from around where the interior fuses are located.


This is a problem that has benn progressively been getting worse. It started happening maybe once a week but now my stereo won't stay on for more then thirty seconds before dying again.


Could it be a problem with a fuse or a relay or something like that or do I have to take the whole stereo out and check all the cables? I'm suspecting my battery is starting to give up, could that be related?
