Unhappy ssv noise

hi, i am a new member, i have cleaned the ssv valve, it was stick closed, after that the ssv started to make tiking noise, if i put my finger on the valve it stops to make noise... how can i fix that?

I've got this problem now. I'm replacing the actuator itself...I'm thinking there might be a small leak in the diaphragm causing the SSV to not close fully when at idle. If this doesn't fix it, looks like I'll be replacing the entire LIM.

Oh yeah forgot about cleaning it out. In the mazda diagram it tells you to put a shop rag on a screwdriver and clean it. I find that kinda hard
