several problems NEED HELP!
ok so the first and the least of my worries is my airbag light is on. sometimes it doesn't come on until i've been driving for a while it starts to flash and turns solid. any ideas? Second problem...when braking the rpms suddenly drop to about 400-500 and start to rattle the car a little. Thats really what i'm worried about. I'm scared of it stalling or becoming a bigger problem. and has anyone fixed the cd player skipping problem? I've tried cleaning discs and everything. Went to bill britt mazda in fredericksburg, VA they of course didn't know ****. I had the loss of power recall done a couple months ago.

Hmm, your car must be a lemon.
Try resetting the ECU so the car can relearn its fuel trims... this may improve idle. key word: may. Airbag could be a loose connection, if its intermittent like you're saying, I would start there. CD Player - I have sat. radio and an aux input cable... those seem to have done the trick.

Well I got the airbag light to go off i unplugged the airbag connections under the driver and passenger seat and it hasn't come on since. been about 2 months now. As for the low RPM's i'm pretty set on it being the coils i'm just procrastinating on those. It's not a major problem. I'll let you know if it ends up being the coils.
