Ok, here is the deal. getting the cel P2096 Post Calayst Fuel Trim Too Lean Bank 1. I know this is the secondary o2 sensor freaking out because I have a test pipe. I also know that the only way to get rid of the light is with accessport (or similar engine management). I plan on getting Accessport next month. My main concern is that, in previous experiences with other cars, if the secondary starts to show lean, the pcm will make the primary dump fuel to counter the alleged lean condition. I am wondering if I can prevent this by simply unplugging the secondary until I get accessport. I am also wondering if this will put the car in limp mode. Has anyone tried this? And can anyone with test pipes verify that this code does not cause any issues, and that its fine to leave it as is until I get the accessport?
